Sometimes … well, most of the time, it’s difficult to see progress when looking at the day to day. It’s good to step back every once and awhile and get an overview of where I’ve been and where I am now.
I’m pleased to announce that God is definitely doing what He said He would do for me! Amazing, isn’t it, that there is a Being that we can totally depend on. He consistently does what He says He’ll do and be who He said He’ll be.
In those areas where I’ve been consistent … by His Mercy and Grace, I see change and growth. This is especially true in the area of intimacy with Him. That has everything to do with the fact that He is SO good. One tiny step on my part and He bounds toward me. He envelopes me. He changes me.
I’m saying, “Thank You God for Your presence in me; that You’ve come to live in me; taken up Your home in me; will never leave me; will always be Merciful and Loyal to me; will never let me stumble or fall; WILL take care of me for the rest of eternity. Thank You. I love You with all my being and I will to love and forgive others as You love and forgive me. All in Jesus name.”
