words from heaven …

Walking through the woods at night … overcast sky so no moon or stars shining … what is gonna be my most valuable commodity? LIGHT!! Light from something … flashlight, lantern, firefly, mobile phone, anything that can reveal to me where my next footstep should be.

That’s what the words are that come up from my innards, straight from the Spirit of God, when first waking in the morning; or during the day when I hush enough to hear from that quiet place within me where Jesus lives; or a word that resonates on my insides when someone’s sharing or preaching from the Bible, the Word of God.

LIGHT! They are light. They are directional.

At the beginning of the week while praying I heard the words, “decree and declare”. During a business meeting with my partner either later that day or the next, we needed a response to a request we’d made days earlier with one of our associates. The Lord spoke to my partner while we were praying … “ya know, you could just call that phone call in …”. So we did, and we heard back within an hour. The person leading last night’s church prayer meeting spent a few minutes sharing some Good Word, encouraging us in our private prayer life to “announce” … to just “announce” how things are and will be, by utilizing the Truth of the Word of God, rather than what the circumstance, or the devil, is announcing.

All were to do with the words coming out of my mouth. All were directions straight from heaven, and all right out of the Word of God. They gave light, direction, and moved things forward.

I’m saying, “I love Your Word – the Bible. I love the words You speak to me – the words that come alive to me; the words that LIGHT my way. When I act on them they always produce; they always move things forward; they always make things better. I’m so thankful You’re the Greater One in me; that I can do all things cause You’re on the inside strengthening me. Your Word is a lamp to my feet; a light to my path! I take this. I have it. I thank You, and I forgive and love as You forgive and love me … so Mercifully. All in Jesus name.”

PSALMS 119:105    Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.   AMP    By your words I can see where I’m going; they throw a beam of light on my dark path.   MSG

JOHN 14:13   Jesus saying …  I will do whatever you ask (NOTE – The Greek word here for ask actually means DEMAND) in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.   NIV
